Certified Rug Repair & Restoration
Here at The Rug Merchant, we want you to enjoy your rugs for many years to come. We have been restoring rugs for over thirty years. We offer handmade repair for those heirlooms that need a little attention to get them back into good condition. Rug Padding
We offer a complete line of rug padding for hard surface or carpet for any need you may have.
Cushion-air, non skid pad. This pad is very thin with tremendous gripping power for small rugs. It is made of rubber and polymer and won't mark, discolor or stick to your floors.
Luxehold, Area Rug Pad. Luxehold is our best performing area rug pad. Similar to a fiber pad, but with a unique grid pattern that helps keep your area rug from moving. The bottom has a non-skid surface to keep the pad and rug in place. Luxehold gives a firm body to your area rug and won't stain, discolor or stick to your floor.

Terry Lewis is one of only about 75 ORRA Certified Rug Appraisers in the United States. Technology exists today that can make new rugs LOOK like antiques. If you have a rug that you believe is valuable, or just need it appraised for insurance purposes, bring it in and we can evaluate its approximate age, condition, and value. We can deliver any large rug you purchase with our delivery van to almost anywhere in the Tri-State area. We can deliver any rug you purchase via UPS or FedEx around the globe.

When you purchase one of our beautiful rugs from The Rug Merchant, we will deliver the rugs to your home or business absolutely FREE of charge.
